Cold

I very much rue the day
That you took your love away
I pleaded but you wouldn't stay
I was no longer your baby

And now I feel lost without your love
Boy, I feel detached without your touch
I still love you very much
These past few days have been very rough

When I look back
You were so cold
You weren't that person I once had to hold
First speaking to you was very bold
Now it's hard to move on like I'm told

And when think back
You were so cold
I was just a person you had to hold
For moment in time I fit your mold.
